番茄叶霉病拮抗链霉菌BPS2的筛选及鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 从江苏昆山、吉林图门等地采集的土壤样品中分离到1株对番茄叶霉病菌有强烈抑制作用的BPS2菌株。研究其拮抗性表明,对革兰氏阳性细菌、革兰氏阴性细菌以及多种病原真菌均有强烈的抑制作用。根据形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特性及16S rDNA序列等方面的多项分类研究,确定其属于链霉菌属,并被命名为Streptomyces tumenensis BPS2。该菌株在大多数培养基上生长良好,基内菌丝无横隔,不断裂,气生菌丝体形成孢子丝,孢子丝呈波曲或直形。 Streptomyces tumenensis BPS2 was isolated from soil samples collected from different areas such as Kunshan, Tumen which was antagonistic to tomato leaf mould. It had distinctively inhibitive effect on gram-positive baterium,gram-negative bacterium and some kinds of pathogenic fungi. Based on morphological, cultural,physio-biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, it was proposed as Stretomyces and was designated as Streptomyces tumenensis BPS2. This strain grew well on most of the tested culture media. The substrate mycelia have no branches, the aerial mycelia produce the spore chain and the spore chain are curved or straight.
