摘要 以评估坦克炮身管的剩余寿命及合理确定身管报废时机为研究目的,从火炮寿命的基本概念出发,分析了坦克炮身管寿命评定问题的特殊性,归纳出坦克炮身管剩余寿命评估的理论基础。在身管使用寿命期内,弹道特性及身管安全性的变化源自于身管内膛的烧蚀与磨损,所以身管寿命与身管内膛的形态变化有相关关系。建立了以基础性、替代性、及辅助性判据组合的身管寿命评定准则,提出了剩余寿命评估操作模式。 The research purpose is to evaluate the residual life of tank gun barrel, and to reasonably define the scrapping time of barrel. Based on the basic concept of gun life, the special requirements of evaluating the barrel life of tank gun was analyzed, and the theoretic basis of evaluating the residual life of tank gun barrel was summed up. In operational life cycle of barrel, the changes of ballistic features and safety of barrel was resulted from erosion and wear in bore, so barrel life was borne a relationship with morphology change in bore. The rules of barrel life evaluation based on the combination of basis concept, substitution and auxiliary evaluation was set up, and the operational mode of residual life evaluation was proposed. The research results and operational mode of barrel life evaluation can provide for barrel life evaluation of tank gun in development and in service.
