摘要
在某坦克自动装弹机测试系统中,采用基于UCC2893D的能馈式模拟负载系统,模拟自动装弹机主要执行部件的工作特征。自动装弹机模拟负载电路以UCC2893D控制芯片为核心,采用4个模拟负载单元并联方式,由控制计算机给出需要模拟的负载电特性,通过负载模拟电路模块,输出模拟的电特性给被测配电盒,并将电能反馈给直流电源。该系统可以在28±2V电压条件下模拟出峰值200A的直流电流,减少了80%测试能源的消耗,降低了25%维修检测成本。通过简化操作程序,提高了18%维修效率,为自动装弹机故障检测提供了可靠的技术支持。
In autoloader test system of a certain type tank made in our country, energy-feedback simulated load system based on UCC2893D was used to simulate working characters of autoloader's main execution units. Simulated load circuit of autoloader took control chip of UCC2893D as core , and it used parallel mode of 4 simulated load units. The system can simulate peak value of 200 A DC under the condition of 28±2 V voltage. It can decrease 80% consumption of test energy and 25% cost of maintenance and test. By means of simplified operating program, the system can improve 18 % maintenance efficiency , and provide reliable technical support for autoloader fault test system.
