摘要
由于受总体技术水平的制约,火控系统的总体性能欠佳。如在恶劣路面、高行驶车速下的命中率等方面都与国外有较大差距,特别是对火炮随动系统数字化的要求。针对这些情况,提出了一种基于单片机的直流PWM伺服控制方法。首先依据要求的调炮反应时间和调炮加速度,推算出直流电机的各项参数,对各个设备建立数学模型,然后运用经典控制理论,分析频域和时域响应后,确定用串联领先网络的方法校正。从最后得出的结果看出具有很好的动静态性能,且这种设计具有很好的通用性能,可以移植到其他相似的系统中。
Domestic gun fire control system was restricted by integral technology, and overall characteristics and capabilities had a greater gap between us and the foreign countries, such as features on bad roadway, hit probability under the condition of high running speed, especially the request of digit gun servo control system. Aimed at these conditions, a MCS control DC PWM servo control method of a truckmounted gun servo control system was proposed. Firstly, parameters of DC motor were calculated ac- cording to response time and acceleration, and mathematic model of each equipment was established. Second, by means of classic control theory, analyzed frequency response and time response, the system was finally adjusted by advanced cascade compensation. The result showed that the system has good dynamic, static, and integrated performances, and the system can be transplanted to other similar system.
