摘要 自动机的运动特性是反映自动武器性能好坏的重要标准。首先建立不同要求的数值计算模型,进行实验设计分析,由软件系统自动改变所需设计参数,调用求解器进行解算,达到所设定的目标。给出了某冲锋枪自动机参数匹配研究的实例,在仿真计算软件ADAMS中建立发射普通弹自动机和发射特殊功能弹自动机两种多体动力学模型。确定影响因素和水平数,采用多因素的正交数组实验设计和枚举法实验设计,进行参数敏感性分析。针对多个优化方案,讨论了分析结果,给出了分析曲线。证明了该方法的可行性及有效性。 Kinematics characters of automatic mechanism are very important standard for evaluating automatic weapon performances. Firstly, different numerical computation models were built up. Second, ex- perimental design and analysis were executed. Design parameters were automatically changed according to the control of software system, and the solver was used to achieve the expected goal. An instance about parameters matching study of a kind of automatic fire mechanism of submachine gun was given out. Two kinds of simulation model were established according to common and special cartridges by means of ADAMS computation software. The procedures of experimental design were presented, in which the factors and levels were decided. Orthogonal Arrays experimental design and Enumerate experimental design were performed. According to several optimized projects, the sensibilities of parameters were analyzed, and the results showed that the method was proved to have feasibility and validity.
