摘要 针对外能源超高射速转管炮所需驱动功率过高的问题,提出了内外能源相结合的方法。运用拉瓦尔喷管原理提出了一种新型助旋制退装置。对后效期装置内的火药气体进行准静态假设,建立了简化模型与三维控制方程组。利用Solidworks软件进行实体建模,并运用CFdesign软件对压力速度等流场进行了详细计算。从而得到减少驱动力矩冲量的百分比与后坐力的变化,从理论上估算出该装置可使所需驱动电机的驱动力矩减少42·85%,同时具有制退作用。 Aimed at the problem of excessive driving power of exterior energy super-high rate of fire Gatling-gun, a method that combines interior energy with exterior energy was proposed, and based on the theory of convergent-divergent nozzle, a new type of assistant-rotating and recoil absorber (ARB) was presented. On the basis of presumption of quasi-static state, a physical simple model and 3D control equations of powder-gas in after-effect period were set up. Solid model was also established by means of Solidworks software, and pressure field and velocity field were calculated in detail by means of CFdesign software. The reduction percentage in driving moment impulse and the variation of recoil force were obtained. The results indicated that the device can reduce the driving moment to 42.85%, and it can decrease the recoil force to some extent, thus it has some practical reference value.
