摘要
为了减小风对火箭炮命中率的影响,设计了一种火箭炮射向的智能风速修正测控系统。该系统由风速检测和智能控制两部分组成。风速检测是在风杯风速仪的基础上利用光电传感器进行检测,光电传感器排列成半圆形阵列,机械装置指针的不同指向,使光电传感器阵列输出不同的电压信号。智能控制部分采用灰色预测算法对测量结果进行智能处理以及灰色预测,借助PID控制算法对火箭炮瞄准系统进行延时控制,修正了火箭弹在横风作用情况下的落点偏差,并使火箭炮发射系统的瞄准修正时间大大缩短,改善火箭炮发射系统的性能。
In order to decrease the shoot error of rocket launcher caused by wind, an intelligent measurement and control system was designed. The control system was consisted of two parts of wind detector and intelligent controller. The wind speed was measured by optic-electric sensors system based on contact-cup anemometer. The optic-electric sensor system was arranged in semicircle array. The mechanical indicator of different direction made the optic-electric sensors array output different voltage signals. Then the measured signals were processed by means of grey prediction algorithm and sent to control system. The aiming system of rocket launcher was adjusted and controlled by a controller based on PID control algorithm. So impact error of rocket under the conditions of crosswind was corrected, aiming and correction time of rocket launcher were reduced considerably, and characteristics of rocket launcher system was improved greatly.
