西伯利亚白刺的生药学研究

Study on Pharmacognosy of Nitraria Sibirica Pall

通过石蜡切片法、薄层色谱法和紫外谱线组法对西伯利亚白刺的原植物形态、果实性状、横切面组织构造、粉末特征、薄层色谱及紫外光谱进行了观察研究，结果表明：该种白刺与其它种白刺的主要区别是果实小、表面紫黑色，叶小、4-6枚簇生，其果实中含有生物碱类成分，并且石油醚提与水提、醇提和氯仿提取的化学成分差别较大。实验结果为该药的鉴别、质量评价及质量标准提供科学依据。

By means of paraffin sectioning, TLC and Utraviolet Absorption Spectra Lings Group（UASLG）, we studied the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of the fruits of Nitraria sibirica Pall. and its physicochemical identification methods. The results showed that the main differences between this species of Nitraria and the other ones were its small shape,purple black color and alkaloids that contained in the fruits. Besides, what was extiacted in the petroleum either was visibly different from those in the water, anhydrous ethanol and chloroform. The results can be taken as the reference for identificating the species, analyzing the quality and laying down quality standard of the crude drug.
