摘要
研究了超声波技术对异翅独尾草蒽醌类成分提取率的影响,并与传统方法作比较。结果表明,以70%乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波强化提取10min对总蒽醌的提取率与乙醇回流3次(每次30min)效果相当。乙醇浓度、提取温度对总蒽醌的提取有显著影响。最佳提取工艺为异翅独尾草用16倍量、90%乙醇在60℃下提取15min。
To optimize the extraction of the rate of the total anthraquinons of Eremurus anisopterus ( Kar. et Kir. ) Regel.and compare with the conventional methods.70% alcohol concentration as solvent, making use of ultrasonic, the effect is as high as the method of reflux extraction with 70% alcohol for 3 times, 45 minute per time. The significant effects in extracting total anthraquinones in Eremurus anisopterus (Kar. et Kir. ) Regel is alcohol concentration, the extracting temperature on the extraction. The optimum condition obtained is: adding 16-fold times of 90% alcohol and the temperature is 60℃, 15 minutes.
