对福建省山药在药用、菜用、出口、加工等诸方面的广阔发展前景进行了预测和分析,提出了福建省山药发展的方向、产业化发展的优势和相应的措施。

In this paper, the vast prospects of medical usage, dish application, exporting and processing of Chinese yam were analyzed and forecasted. At the same time, the developmental direction, advantage of industrialization of Chinese yam and some measures were also put forward.
