摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,对湖南省长沙市海东青健身俱乐部参加3个月以上有氧健身操运动的25-55岁的成年女性会员,持续前后身体形态的变化的测试,来了解有氧健身操对成年女性身体形态的影响。结果表明,经过3个月的锻炼,成年女性的体重、腹部皮褶厚度、体脂重FAT(W)和体重指数(BMI)、指数胸围、腰围均有一定程度的减少;身高、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、腰臀比(WHR)指数并无明显变化。
This paper aimed to study the impact of Aerobics on the adult women based on document, experiment, data analysis. The result showed that by taking Aerobics training, the body figure indexes of the adult women of the Haidongqing dub in Changsha after 3 months' aerobics training, weight, thickness of wrinkles on belly, fat weight in the body, BMI index, WHR index, breastline, waistline, thighline, crusline reduced respectively, while the thinness weight improved, height and breech delivery invariant obvious. Therefore, Aerobics training maybe useful to improve the body figure of the adult women.
