成型温度对PPS分子结构及其摩擦性能的影响

摘要 用热压法制备聚苯硫醚(PPS)摩擦材料,研究成型温度对其结构摩擦性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对摩擦表面形貌和磨屑进行观察和分析.结果表明,随热压温度的升高可成型出具有线形、支链及交联结构为主的3种PPS材料,聚合物线形结构的改变有利于提高材料的耐磨性能,其中在370℃成型的材料表现出最佳的摩擦性能;PPS的磨损以热挤出和粘着转移磨损形式为主,该材料在摩擦过程中形成结合牢固、薄而均匀的转移膜,在摩擦性能中发挥重要作用. A sort of tribological material of polyphenylenc sulfide (PPS) was prepared by means of thermocompression molding. The influence of heart-forming temperature on the tribological behavior of PPS structure was investigate& Its worn surface and wear debris were observed and analyzed with scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the linear, branched, and crosslinked structure of PPS as its major constitution could be obtained by using thermocompression with increased heat-forming temperature. The modification of linear structure of the polymer was beneficial to the improvement of wearproof performance of the materials, among which the material formed at 370℃ exhibited optimal tribological behavior. The wear of PPS took the heat extrusion and adhesive shift as its major form. During the frictional process, a kind of well-combined, thin, and uniform shifted film was formed of this material, playing an important role in the tribology.
