音乐厅容积与容座的相关性分析

Analysis of correlation of volume of concert hall with amount of its seats

采用皮尔森积矩相关性原理和线性回归方法,对Beranek提供的22个国家69个音乐厅和歌剧院(其中包括世界上最著名的音乐厅和歌剧院)的容积与容座的相关性进行了分析,得出这两个参数具有正相关的结论,相关系数为0.816;并推导出了容积与容座的实用公式.

By means of Pearson＇s product-moment correlation principle and linear regression method, the correlation of the hall volume with the amount of seats in the hall was analyzed by using the data provided by Beranek from 69 samples of concert halls and theaters in 22 countries, including the most famous ones. A conclusion was made that there was a positive correlation between these two parameters and the correlation coefficient was γ=0. 816. A practicable formula relating the volume and amount of seats was derived as well.
