摘要
以十八胺和丙烯腈为原料,碳酸钾为催化剂制备了3-十八胺基丙腈。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、物料配比等因素的影响,确定了优化的工艺条件:反应温度70℃,碳酸钾为催化剂,其用量为2%(相对于十八胺的质量),丙烯腈和十八胺的投料摩尔比1.03∶1,反应2 h,在此条件下反应收率达到99%。所得到的产品经加氢制得N-十八烷基-1,3-丙撑二胺。通过红外光谱对产品结构进行了分析。
3 - Octadecylamino propylnitrile was synthesized using acrylonitrile and octadecylamine as raw materials and KECO3 as catalyst. The effects of catalyst, temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of the raw materials on the reaction product yield were studied. The optimal conditions for the synthesis process were identified as: molar ratio of acrylonitrile to octadecylamine 1.03: 1, temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 2 h, dosage of catalyst K2CO3 2%. The reaction product yield can achieve 99%. The reaction product was hydrogenated to N - octadecyl - 1, 3 - diaminopropane. The structure of the products was analyzed by IR spectra.
