摘要 介绍了应用IR、NMR和MS,可从不同角度来确定表面活性剂的分子结构,使配方产品中被分离组分得到快速正确定性。其中IR用得比较普遍,通过特征频带来确定分子中特殊官能团,具有简单快速的特点。NMR擅长测定非离子表面活性剂的结构,例如EO平均加合数。MS一般与GC联用,成为非常有效的检测系统,比GC所采用的保留时间法更准确更精密。最后介绍了几个应用实例。 Application of IR, NMR and MS in the analysis of surfactant - formulated products were introduced. These methods can identify the molecular structure of the surfactant from various aspects. Hereby the components separated from the surfactant formulated - products can be qualitatively identified quickly and accurately. IR is used popularly for detecting the functional group (s) in the molecule by looking for characteristic bands with advantages of simplicity and swiftness. NMR is effective particularly in the determination of structure of nonionic surfactants, e.g. for the determination of number of EO group adducted. MS, in combination with GC is a very effective detection system, which identifies the molecular structure more accurate than that from retention time method adopting GC alone. Some illustration examples am provided.
