摘要 提高日化企业营销执行力是企业突破销售瓶颈,实现跨越式发展的关键。营销执行力的决定因素在于营销环境和营销者素质,而要改善企业的营销环境、提高营销者的素质,则要从营销机制、营销计划、业务流程、绩效考核、营销者的技能和专业知识等6个方面着手。 Enhancing the daily chemical enterprise marketing executing ability is the key for the enterprise to break through the sales bottleneck and make great-leap-forward development. The determining factors of marketing execution are the market environment and the marketer's quality. Market mechanism, market plan, business process, performance evaluation, market skill and their special knowledges should be taken into consideration in order to improve the two determining factors mentioned above.
