摘要
以信息不对称为研究背景,把中国股票市场信息监管作为一个信息系统加以研究,通过对股票市场信息系统的结构分析,提出了股票市场信息监管的对象,为矫正股票市场信息不对称、消除股票市场失灵和促使股票市场健康发展提供相关理论依据。
：The paper studies the information supervision and regulation in China＇s stock market based on informarion asymmetry. By analyzing the structure of the information system of the stock market, the paper states the objects of information regulation in the stock market in order to correct information asymmetry and improve the development of the stock market.
