河南省高等教育知识创新实施途径分析

ANALYZING WAYS TO CARRY OUT KNOWLEDGE INNOVATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN HENAN PROVINCE

河南省实施科教兴省战略和可持续发展战略,必须建设符合社会主义市场经济和科技发展规律的高等教育知识创新体系,提高河南省高校知识创新能力、效率,培养和造就具有创新意识、创新能力的高素质科技人才。结合我国高等教育实现大众化转变的背景,对河南省高等教育知识创新实施途径进行了分析。

To enforce the strategy of prospering Henan with science ＆ technology and thestrategy of sustainable development, Henan Province should construct knowledge - innovation systemof higher education which conforms to the socialist market economy and law of the development of science ＆ technology. Colleges ＆ universities should improve their innovative ability and efficiency , cultivate and bring up quality sci - tech talent with innovative consciousness and ability. The paper analyzes ways to carry out knowledge innovation in higher education in Henan.
