二维轮廓线数据的快速投影方法

摘要 提出了一种用于二维轮廓线数据集显示的快速投影方法。首先,基于二维轮廓线数据给出了一种生成投影单元的集合运算方法,为了加速投影运算,将投影单元分为同类单元和界面单元两种,然后分别给出了这两种单元的投影方法:对于同类单元,给出了投影多边形各象素的颜色和不透明度的线性插值方法及其缓存技术;对于界面单元,给出了不同物质分界面的光照技术。结合医学解剖切片数据和核磁共振成象(MRI)数据实现了提出的方法,结果表明,提出的方法具有非常好的算法效率和图形质量,并且该方法可使分类结果在二维上进行交互修改。 A fast projective rendering technique, which is applied to visualizing the object defined by a series of contours, is presented. First, a transformation from a series of contours to a set of projecting cells is given using the set operation . In order to accelerate cells projection, the projecting cell is divided into two classes: same kind cells and boundary cells. Then, two projection methods for these two kinds of cells are respectively given. For the same kind cells, the liner interpolation method and buffer technique for the color and opacity of each pixels in the projected polygon are discussed. For the boundary cell, a shading method, which is applied to displaying the boundary between two different substances, is proposed. Finally, the presented methods are applied to visualizing a series of anatomical sections and magnetic resonance image(MRI) data. The results show that the proposed methods are efficient and the generated images are of high quality.
