摘要
2007年即将生效的REACH法规让许多中国纺织企业及燃料、助剂等供应商感到了巨大的危机。就欧盟REACH法规对我国企业产生的影响和政府部门的应对措施进行了论述。对我国企业该如何应对和应采取的应对措施等问题进行了探讨。
REACH rule will be in operation in 2007. Chinese enterprises and the providers of textile, fuel and builder are facing crisis for the rule implement. The influence of REACH rule on Chinese enterprise and the steps that government will be taken are related. Some problems that our enterprises will face to are also discussed.
