先天性心包憩室误诊1例分析并文献复习

Misdiagnosis of Congenital Pericardial Diverticulum:A Case Report and Literature Review

目的:探讨先天性心包憩室的诊治特点。方法:病例报告和文献复习。结果:1例罕见的心包憩室,术前诊断为右上纵隔囊肿,经胸骨正中切口完整切除并明确诊断。结论:先天性心脏憩室属于罕见疾病,影像学上囊肿形态的易变性是术前诊断心包憩室的重要线索,术中发现囊性病变和心包相通,是鉴别心包憩室和心包囊肿的主要依据。

Objective ;To explore the clinical characteristics of the diagnosis and therapy of congenital pericardial diverticulum. Methods ： Case report combined with literature review. Results：We report a case of congenital pericardial diverticulum occurring in the right superior mediastinum of a 53-year-old female presenting with occasional chest pain, although the true diagnosis was missing preoperatively, complete excision of the cyst was achieved via a sternotomy. Conclusion：Congenital pericardial diverticulum is a medical rarity. The variation in contour of the cystic lesion is an important clue for the diagnosis of pericardial diverticulum preoperatively. It crucials to differentiate pericardial diverticullure from pericardial cyst by finding a duct to the pericardial cavity.
