摘要
目前广泛应用的磨铣工具大都是由YD合金加工而成,工具综合机械性能差,施工中工具磨损大,施工效率低,工具使用寿命短。通过对金属钨合金材料的研究和大量现场实验,选择了一种新型钨合金材料,对磨铣工具结构进行了优化设计,形成了高效平底磨鞋、高效凹底磨鞋、高效铣锥、高效套铣头、高效复合铣锥等系列高效磨铣工具。经现场实验、应用证明:该工艺施工效率较普通磨铣工艺提高25%,工具使用寿命延长50%。
Nowadays, lots of mill - tools are made of alloy YD, their some features is no good, such as severe friction loss, low efficiency in operation, and short use - life of tool. On the basis of research for alloy W and many experiment in well site, we select a new type of alloy W, and make the structure of mill - tool better, get a set of high efficient mill - tool, they are fiat - base milling bit, concave - base milling bit, cone mill bit, tube mill bit and multiple cone mill bit. It is test by application that the efficiency of high efficient mill technology is more 25% than the efficiency of other mill - tool and the use - life is more than 50%.
