The famous university in Canada is international universities. Teachers and students come from different countries. Cultural diversities were showed in the university. The University of Alberta is one of Canada＇ s most respected research - intensive universities, as an incubator of creative research and ground - breaking discovery. The article tried to give us considering Canadian universities＇ education. Cultural including in teaching, integrating teaching, research and social serving of teachers and building cooperative ability of students were taken as features of teaching and research in Canadian university in the paper. These features are helpful for the development of economy, culture and soci- ety of Canada and They takes an important role for friendly society of Canada. Chinese universities were thought about how to be developed health from researching Canadian university. Dialogue among different culture in university, Identity in teaching and personality should be emphasized in research on higher education internationalization in China.
