文章首先分析了高校就业指导人员的素质和能力要求,并结合现状指出对高校就业指导人员进行培训必须坚持理论联系实际原则、发展性原则、前瞻性原则,在此基础上对高校就业指导人员培训课程体系的内涵进行了探讨。

At first, this paper analyses the quality and capability requirements to career guidance staff. And then, according to the current situation of career guidance staff, the author thinks that it should be persisted in the principles of theroy link to practice , development and prediction .
