摘要
高师院校对教师能力发展的作用不大,主要是因为教育实践课程在设置和实施中有诸多问题。要想最大限度地发挥高师教育培养学生能力的作用,必须从教师专业发展的角度出发重构以学生为主体的教育实践课程。
The fimction of teachers' college in forming and developing teacher abilities is not great,this is mainly because educational practical curriculums have many problems in the establishment and the implementation. If we want maximize education' s function in raising the student abilities, we must reconstruct student - centre educational practical curriculums in terms of teachers professional development.
