摘要
比较了泰能和头孢他啶１９９１～１９９３年组（１９９１年组）和１９９３～１９９５年组（１９９３年组）的临床疗效，结果显示，１９９１年组中泰能组及头孢他啶组的临床疗效有一定的差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），而１９９３年组中两药的临床疗效差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０２５），说明两药临床都有疗效，但随着细菌耐药性的增加，泰能的疗效则优于头孢他啶，这与泰能的独特结构和具有拮抗β内酰胺酶稳定性有关。
The clinical therapeutic efficacy of imipenem and ceftazidime in treatment of burn in our hospital from 1991.7 to 1995.7 were compared.The study was subdivided into group 1991(form 1991.7 to 1993.6)and group 1993(form 1993.7 to 1995.7),and significant difference in curative rate existed in the two groups.The results showed that the curative effect of imipenem was much better than that of ceftazidime.This may be related to the molecular structure of imipenem and its ability to antagonize baterial beta lactamases.
