逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损

Distal vascular flap with sural nerve for renovation of skin defect in malleoli

目的观察逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损的效果。方法设计逆行腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤缺损31例。结果31例全部成活,其中3例出现皮瓣远端边缘坏死,经换药后愈合。结论该皮瓣血运可靠,成活率高,是理想的足踝部皮肤缺损修复方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of distal vascular flap with sural nerve for renovation of skin defect in malleoli. Methods 31 patients with skin defect in malleoli were treated by prepared distal vascular flap with sural nerve. Results All of 31 flaps were survival. Necrosis at the bordline of flap were observed in 3 patients. Conclusions The vascular flap with sural nerve possesses well good blood supply and higher survival rates, so it is suitable for reparation of skin in malleoli.
