摘要 显微CT(micro-computed tomography,MicroCT)技术是一种新型的采用X线成像原理进行超高分辨率三维成像的设备,可以在不破坏样品的情况下,对骨骼、牙和各种生物材料进行超高分辨率X线成像,获得高精度三维图像,并进行结构、密度和力学的定量分析,是研究硬组织材料的强大工具。作者根据实际操作经验,结合文献资料,探讨该技术在口腔医学研究中的应用。 Micro-computed tomography (MicroCT) is an emerging technique in the last years which can achieve three dimensional X-ray photographs with resolution higher than 10μm. It can provide nondestructive assessment and analysis for bone, tooth and biomaterial samples. According to the operation experience, combined with recent publications, this paper summarized the application of microCT in the field of dental research.
