摘要
用消化器官分泌试验法试验了归芪胃友胶囊对大鼠胃泌酸的抑制作用。结果表明本品对大鼠胃基础泌酸功能有显著的抑制作用，并具剂量依赖性。０．１０ｍｇ／ｍｌ归芪胃友的抑酸效果分别与１．５１×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ雷尼替丁和６．３×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ奥美拉唑相当，可拮抗五肽胃泌素的促胃酸分泌，这一结果提示归芪胃友胶囊的抑制胃酸分泌作用可能是直接抑制了胃分泌细胞的活性。
This study was carried out on rats with Xu Shuyun′s method.Results of the study indicated that Guiqiweiyou capsule(GQWY)has significant and dose dependent inhibitory effects on basic gastric acid secretion of rats.The inhibitory effects of 0.10 mg/ml GQWY in rats on gastric secretion is more powerful than that of 1.51×10 -5 mol/L ranitidine and 6.3×10 -7 mol/L omeprazole.The accelerative effect of pentagastrin on gastric acid secretion in rats can be antagonized by GQWY.The inhibitory effect of GQWY may be due to its direct inhibition on gastric secretive cells of rats.
