摘要
文从煤矿许用炸药有毒气体生成量角度研究掘进工作面排除炮烟所需通风量。在研究不同煤矿许用炸药有毒气体生成机理及生成量的基础上,提出了依据有毒气体实际生成量确定排除炮烟所需风量核定公式中有毒气体量的取值。认为在低有毒气体生成量的煤矿许用炸药已经能够满足煤矿爆破作业的前提下,应该修改煤矿许用炸药有毒气体标准以及风量核定办法,以实现全断面一次爆破。
The paper discusses the required airflow of explosive for eliminating fumes from the aspect of generated quantum of toxic gas of coal mine permitted explosive. On base of studying the generated mechanism and quantum of toxic gas of different kinds of permitted explosive for coal mine, the checking formula of required airflow for eliminating fumes is proposed according to the practical generated quantum of the toxic gas. It is deemed that the criterion of toxic gas of coal mine permitted explosive and the checking formula should be revised on the premise that the low generated quantum of toxic gas of coal mine permitted explosive can satisfy the blasting operation, which will realize the full-face blasting.
