摘要 文从实际出发,简要介绍了BZA-1评估方法的基本原则。针对火炸药及其制品企业存在着较多重大燃烧爆炸危险源,提出了建立BZA-1评估方法的基本思路。认为利用BZA-1法评估危险度,着重考虑火炸药的物性危险、物量危险、工艺危险以及安全管理的未受控系数。 Starting from reality, basic principles of BZA- 1 assessment measures are introduced briefly in this paper. In view of many great danger sources which exist in explosive and its manufacturing enterprise, the basic concepts for establishing BZA-1 assessment measures are proposed. It is deemed that the key factors such as dangers of properties, amount and technology together'with the uncontrolled coefficient of safety management should be considered primarily when using BZA- 1 measures for risk assessment.
