电子签名在医疗领域的应用

近年来，信息化建设在医疗领域越来越受到重视，随着信息化的发展，电子病历成为了医院信息化的基础。电子病历拥有传统医学病历所没有的简便、信息量大等优势，但是也存在容易被人窃取、篡改、冒用等缺点。所以，为了能使电子病历更真实的反映病人的真实状况，所以，在电子病历中引入电子签名。目前电子签名法中提到的电子签名也就是我们通常提到的数字签名。数字签名有抗否认，防篡改等功能。本文主要阐述了电子病历以及数字签名的概念，以及电子签名在医疗领域的应用。

Information construction has caught more and more attention in medical field in recent years. With the development of information construction, electric medical record has become the base of hospital information system. Electric medical records are more convenient and take more information than traditional medical records, but they are easier to be stolen, changed and misused by others. Electric signature may resolve these problems. The electric signature mentioned in the electric signature law are also called digital signature. Digital signature can prevent the electric medical record from being denied and altered. This article discussed the concept of electric medical record and digital signature and the application of digital signature in medical field.
