Establishment of the managing system of Yunnan Yersina pestis strains

云南省地方病防治所现保存有鼠疫菌株2500余株，为了有效管理及利用云南省鼠疫菌种资源，我们利用数据库软件为平台，开发了云南省鼠疫菌种信息管理系统。该系统包括了数据库管理、数据的操作、数据的打印、数据操作员管理、菌种库简介及软件相关介绍等6大模块，实现了菌种信息的电脑自动查询、及打印等功能，为有效地管理及利用云南省鼠疫菌种资源提供了一个平台。

In ordering to manage and make use of the plague resources of Yunnan efficiently, we applied the data bank software to plague managing system, and have established the managing system of Yunnan Yersina pestis strains. This system includes 6 modules; they are data managing, data manipulation, data printing, management of data operator, brief introduction of data bank and software. We can search, scan and print the details of plague strains by the managing system expediently. The managing system provide a useful flat for management and utilization of Yunnan plague resources.
