文昌油田裸眼水平井砾石充填防砂技术应用及分析

Application and analysis of open-hole gravel pack sand control in horizontal well in Wenchang Oilfield

裸眼水平井砾石充填是当今国内外正在试验的新技术。为了提高施工质量和工艺效果,对其充填过程及特征进行了细致剖析,分析认为砂浆排量、携砂比、携砂液性能、滤失强度等是决定水平井砾石充填成败的主要施工因素。据此,在文昌13-2油田A15h、A13h、A14h 3口裸眼水平井砾石充填防砂采取有效的防范措施,达到了预期的防砂目的。

Open-hole gravel pack in horizontal well is a new technology currently being tested both at home and abroad.In order to improve operation quality and process effect,packing process and characteristics are analyzed in detail.It is believed that slurry displacement,sand-transport ratio,carrying fluid property and filtration property are major operation factors deciding the success or failure of gravel pack in horizontal wells.Open-hole gravel pack sand control in three horizontal wells in Wenchang 13-2 Oilfield,Well A15h,A13h and A14h,has attained the anticipated objectives.
