摘要
本文用ＨＰＬＣ法测定了盐酸地尔硫注射液的含量，克服了注射液中辅料的干扰。回收率为１００．２％，ＲＳＤ为０．４７％。
This paper reported a HPLC method for the determination of diltiazemi hydrochloride injection. The method overcame the disturbance from other vehicle in the injection and obtained accrrate result. The RSD was 0.47% and the recovery was 100.2%.
