摘要
应用非平衡态热力学和有限时间热力学理论,研究了结构参数与不可逆性对半导体温差发电器性能影响,导出发电器的输出功率与效率的一般表示式,探讨了给定热源温度下热电器输出功率的最佳优化条件,得到一些有意义的新结论.
The performance characteristics of a semiconductor thermoelectric generator are studied by using the theory of thermodynamics. A general expression of the efficiency and the power output of the generator is derived. The maximum efficiency and power output of the generator and the optimal condition concerning with the fixed heat resource temperature are represented. Some new significant conclusions are obtained.
