摘要
阐述了各种房地产估价的方法,在比较各种现有方法的基础上,采用BP神经网络法进行房产估价.将BP神经网络理论应用于房地产估价,计算实例表明,应用BP神经网络法进行房产评估,可以克服传统方法上的一些缺点,估价结果更科学、合理和公正.
The article outlines the various methods of real estate valuation,in the basis of the existing methods, BP neural network is adopted in real estate valuation. By applying BP neural network theory into real estate valuation, calculation example shows that the application of the method of real estate assessment can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods, the valuation results are more scientific and rational and fair.
