摘要
以海带汁为原料,采用PEG/(NH4)2SO4两水相系统萃取海带汁中的多糖,通过正交实验,确定了多糖萃取的最佳操作条件:当PEG浓度为20%(、NH4)2SO4浓度为19%、pH为3.0、海带汁体积为0.6 mL时,其萃取率为77.8%,当pH为7.5、(NH4)2SO4浓度为1.5 mol/mL时,其反萃率为69.8%.
Laminaran Polysaeeharide can be effectively extracted from Laminaran juices by PEG/(NH4)2SO4 Aqueous two-phase system, by Orthogonal exteriment the optimal technological conditions are determined. The extraction efficiency is 77. 8% when PEG cone. is 20%, (NH4)2SO4 cone. is 19%, pH is 3, and the reverse extraction efficiency is 69.8% at pH is 7.5, (NH4)2SO4eone. is 1.5 mol/ml.
