摘要 国内SF6瓷套生产线毛坯压制过程中合格率低。采用等静压技术压制空心毛坯;多工位一体修坯,一次性立式完成坯件加工,减少坯件搬运,效率高。与传统工艺相比,产品合格率由原来的30%提高到现在的90%;生产周期也由5~6周缩短到2周。通过四年多的使用,设备运行正常,不仅满足了500kV级产品生产的需要,也可生产750kV级的产品,为生产百万伏级产品创造了条件。 In China low acceptance rate of porcelain shell production takes place with blank extruding process. By means of isostatic pressing, vertical multi-position one-piece trimming, which features high efficiency and low handling process, as against traditional wet process, the acceptance rate of product has been raised from 30% to 90% and the production cycle has been reduced from 5-6 weeks to 2 weeks. The equipment runs well for more than 4 years, meeting demand for 500 kV product production and creating feasibility for production of 750 kV and even 1 000 kV products.
