摘要 现生产的ZnO电阻片存在残压高,压比(1.73左右)偏大等缺点,从调整侧面釉高阻层配方入手,在制造工艺基本不变的基础上,减少电阻片侧面釉高阻层配方中Li2CO3的含量,并与生产配方进行了比较。电气性能试验结果表明:1#釉配方性能稳定,ZnO电阻片加速老化性能良好,压比在1.61~1.65,非线性系数在10~13,并通过了2ms方波800A、耐受20次,4/10大电流冲击100kA、耐受2次试验。 The present ZnO varistor have the shortcomings of high residual voltage, high voltage ratio (about 1.73), etc.. Proceeding with adjusting the recipe of high-resistance side coating, the Li2CO3 content in the composition of side coating was reduced keeping manufacturing technology basically unchanged, and the comparison with the current composition was made. The test results of electric properties indicate that the properties of 1^# coating composition are stable, the accelerating ageing of ZnO varistor are good, voltage ratio is 1.61~1.65, nonlinear factor is 10~13. The varistor properties passed the test with 2 ms rectangular surge of 800 A for 20 times, 4/10 high-current impulse 100 kA times for 2 times.
