动脉粥样硬化基因表达谱研究概况

摘要 基因芯片又称DNA芯片或微阵列,为近些年发展起来的一项前沿技术—生物芯片中的一种(广义的生物芯片还包括蛋白芯片、组织芯片等)。基因表达芯片是用于基因表达谱研究的一种应用型基因芯片。本文主要综述了基因表达芯片在炎症、氧化低密度脂蛋白、感染、同型半胱氨酸、血流动力学、吸烟等与动脉粥样硬化关系上的研究概况。
