磁矩翻转过程动力学研究的基本问题及进展 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了磁矩翻转基本动力学方程以及Stoner-Wohlarth静态模型和SW极限;扼要描述了研究磁矩翻转的分析方法;讨论了在实验中施加各种不同的外磁场来实现磁矩翻转的技术;最后,总结了目前研究工作中磁矩翻转的翻转场、翻转时间以及相关的阻尼系数的一些主要成果并给出了相应的展望。 In this paper,the basic dynamics equation of magnetic moment reversal,the static model of Stoner-Wohlarthwe and SW limit are introduced,and the analysis methods of magnetic moment reversal are briefly described.The technique of magnetic moment reversal is discussed with various applied magnetic field in the experiments.Finally,the results about switching field and switching time and damping coefficient during magnetic moment reversal t are concluded,and corresponding prospect was presented.
