摘要
对刀的准确性直接影响加工精度,对刀效率也与数控加工效率密切相关。笔者以广州数控系统980T数控车床为例,通过对数控加工中编程原点、加工原点的概念及对刀基本原理的详细分析,具体阐述了GSK980T数控车床对刀的几种操作方法,并详细分析了对刀方法在精度控制方面的扩展应用。
The accuracy of tool setting directly affects the precision of machining,and the efficiency of tool setting is closely correlated with the efficiency CNC machining.Taking 980T NC lathe as an example,the program origin,the concept of processing origin and the basic of tool setting principle in the process of NC machining were detailed analyzed.Several operation methods for tool setting on GSK980T CNC lathe were discussed,and the tool setting methods that use in controlling precision are analyzed.
