普通车床经过较长时间使用后,常常发生床鞍下沉现象。床鞍下沉会使车床工作不正常,甚至完全丧失工作能力。采用增大纵向走刀小齿轮的变位系数、增加小齿轮齿数、恢复床鞍高度等方法可解决上述问题。
