The Role of Molecular Chaperone in Protein Folding

摘要 蛋白质三维结构的形成是一个复杂的、动态的过程,多肽链的折叠不是自发进行的,需要其他物质的帮助。本文概述了分子伴侣在蛋白质折叠过程中的作用。 The formation of the three - dimensional protein is very involved and dynamic . The folding of polypoptides does not act spontaneously but needs help from other materials. The paper will give a tentative analysis of the role the molecular chaperone plays in the folding of the protein.
