加快新装备战备建设是加紧做好新时期军事斗争准备的客观要求，也是新时期部队装备建设面临的重要课题。分析了当前新装备战备建设存在的主要问题，从6个方面提出了新装备战备建设的基本对策。

Expediting combat readiness building of new equipment is impersonal requirements that we are presently pressing on with military combat preparative, and it is also an important task that we are facing in the course of equipment building in new epoch. The paper analyses currently primary problems what exist in combat readiness building for new equipment, and puts forward basic countermeasures from six aspects.
