An interview with General Manager He Chunfu of DNV in South China(including Hong Kong)

挪威船级社（DNV）与中国的渊源可以上溯至1888年，那一年，DNV在厦门设立办事处。之后，DNV又分别在青岛、上海和香港等地设立了办事机构。由于战争的关系，DNV于1938年关闭了上海办事处。1960年DNV重返中国，在香港设立办事处。1979年之前，大陆的业务主要是通过香港办事处开展的。直到2000年之前，大中国区的地区总部一直设在香港。

DNV is one of the world's leading classification societies,and helps the maritime industry manage risk in all phases of the ships life,through ship classification,statutory certification,fuel testing and a range of technical,business risk,financial and competency related services. The origin of DNV with China can be traced to 1888,the year that DNV set up the first office in Amoy. And then,offices had been established in Shanghai,Hong Kong and Qingdao,etc. Recently,the journalist has made an interview with General Manager He Chunfu of DNV in South China(including Hong Kong) ,who has rich working experiences in maritime affairs and is very familiar with China shipping and the development of DNV.
