我国关于国际直接投资理论的研究评述

Research of Theorie of Foreign Direct Investment

自1960年以来,由于西方学者富有成效的研究,国际直接投资理论已发展成为国际经济学领域内一门独立的学科。西方学者从投资国立场出发,集中研究发达国家厂商对外直接投资领域,很少涉及吸收直接投资领域,对发展中国家吸收国际直接投资和对外直接投资缺乏足够的理论解释。改革开放以来,随着中国吸收利用国际直接投资的增加,我国学者开始对这一领域进行研究,取得一些进展。本文介绍了我国学者近年来提出的诱发要素组合理论、非内部化理论和优势互补理论,并分别给予了分析评价。

Because western economists have studied effectively,since the 1960s,the Theories of Foreign Direct Investment (FDD have been developed and have become an independent subject in the field of international economics. The western scholars concentrated on researching how developed countries to invest outside but their theories lacked explanation on developing countries how to draw FDI and invest outside. Since China has been reforming and opening to the outside,there has been an increase in attracting FDI. The scholars of China have begun to study in this field and have made some progress. This article presented the Theory of Motivation Factors Combination,the Theory of Noninternalization and the Theory of Complementary Advantages which were advanced by scholars of China and these theories were given analyses and evaluations separately.
