摘要
采用行星式球磨机对胶原纤维进行分散处理,用激光粒度仪对纤维的粒径分布进行表征,并对不同分散处理样品的温度变化进行了分析。结果表明:通过筛分可提高原料的均一性,采用干磨法、一定级配的研磨介质、球料比为10∶1、球磨机的转速为600r/min、研磨时间60~120min,可得到均一性好、纤维较长的胶原纤维。
The collagen fiber was dispersed by planetary ball miller and the particle distribution was characterized by Laser particle analyzer, the thermal change of sample with different dispersion disposal was studied. The results indicat that relative uniform collagen fiber with certain length could be obtained through the sieve - fraction, and the uniformity of raw material is improved by dry milling method and the proportioning of milling balers. The desirable conditions of milling are that the proportion of ball to stuff is 10: 1, the rotation speed is 600r/min and the milling time is 60min - 120min.
