摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中正戊烷、正己烷和正庚烷气相色谱测定标准方法。方法活性炭管采样、溶剂解吸后,用毛细管色谱柱进行分离测定。结果活性炭管穿透容量〉10 mg,解吸效率〉99%,方法相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%~4.2%,检出限0.2μg/ml。结论本方法选择性好,准确度和精密度高,适用性强。
Objective To establish a standard gas chromatographic method for detemainating n-pentane, n-hexane and n-heptane in air of workplace. Method Separating and measuring with capillary GC column after activated carbon tube samphng and solvent desorption. Result The penetrant capacity of activated carbon tube was more than 10 mg, the desorption efficiency was more than 99%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) varied from 1.8% ~ 4.2%, the detection limit was 0.2 μg/ml. Conclusion The method shows good selectivity, accuracy, precision, and high adaptivity.
